Distantie

Distantie (Dutch word; English translation is somewhere between distance and detachment) is a video work about three characters being in rhythms of approaching and distancing themselves from each other.

This video is created as a musical composition, with the three characters playing separate parts for the same score. The choreography for the characters was made using basic principles on staging positions from cinematography and theatre.
