Using the scroll as the design instrument, this spatial project initially explores the relation between the body, the perception, the time and the space. And how they influence each other constantly, which make the drawing unpredictable and intuitive. Will it challenge the boundaries of the physical space?

The quarantine period also influenced the work, it has added a documentation layer to the project.

By drawing continually on the scroll, I record the presence of the time, the body, the room and the pain.

It’s crucial to feel and remember.

For me, the drawing process is also a meditative movement. It enhanced my sensibility and enabled me to temporally detach from the reality.

It is a space to feel, to perceive.

The drawing will not take you to somewhere else like the others normally do, but to let you enter into it.

It is like a mirrored space which provides a possible way to let you feel what I feel, more importantly, to feel yourself.
