Seasonal Reoccurrence

A video with patterns made for waiting rooms of hospitals. Focussed on hematology and oncology patients and visitors who will visit the same room very often. Through the use of design (moving patterns) the perceived waiting time will lessen. The patterns are focussed on organic shapes from nature.

Gentle soothing motion designed patterns that change according to the season, which create a positive distraction for the visitor who is visiting the same room repeatedly.

(the patterns move really slow in real life, this is so that the patterns don’t move too fast for ill people and provides a more calming affect. The pace of movement in real life is comparable to how clouds move)
