The Great Journey

Brief:
This project is a step along the journey of publishing a 6 year old passion project. An illustrated storybook about a group of friends going on an adventure, getting lost, waking up in a new dimension, and continuing their journey even when they lose their map.

My passion for this project comes from my background as a Third Culture Kid. I grew up moving back and forth from Germany to the United States and back again. I wanted to express some of my experiences of travel and the family bonding involved in a book for other young TCK’s to relate to.
